I am passionate about buying better food products for my kids. Do we eat at McDonald's sometimes, YES! Do I feed my kids a dinner of tofu and broccoli, NO! I do however read EVERY label before I put it in my shopping cart. I will avoid hydrogenated oils and dyes as much as I can. I have read enough about these ingredients to know that my family is better off if we avoid them. You do your own research and decide for yourself. Over time I have found that it doesn't have to be hard or cost you a fortune. Every month I find more and more natural products out there, and I can feel good knowing my family is eating healthier foods.
